1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AS MotoGears website or requesting our services (Roadside Assistance, Garage Services), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Policy

• Response Time: While we aim for a 30-45 minute arrival time, actual times may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
• On-Spot Repairs: Not all mechanical issues can be fixed on the roadside. If a major repair is needed, we will tow your vehicle to our garage.
• Permissions: You must be the legal owner or authorized user of the vehicle being serviced.

3. Pricing & Payment

Estimates provided over the phone are based on the description of the issue. Final pricing is determined after physical inspection. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service via Cash, UPI, or Card.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30-day service warranty on labor for garage repairs. Parts warranty is subject to the manufacturer's terms. Roadside temporary fixes (like jumpstarts or puncture repairs) do not carry a long-term warranty.

5. Liability

AS MotoGears is not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles. While we exercise utmost care, we are not responsible for loss of items left inside the vehicle during garage service.
